Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing Sigura’s financial activity. This includes managing cash flow, income, liability obligations and assets.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bank account and service management (banking portals, credit lines, guarantees, payment files, P-cards/T&E cards, cash pooling and netting).
  • Perform cash management functions including:
    • Performing daily cash updates for consolidated daily cash, debt and liquidity reporting
    • Determining daily cash position for the U.S. and Canada and execute daily borrowing or repayment and other intercompany transfers
    • Process various AP, payroll and other wire transfer and ACH payment requests as needed
  • Support Assistant Treasurer with the weekly cash flow forecasting process including preparation of weekly NA actual cash activity.
  • Assists with monitoring and reporting of credit agreement compliance matters.
  • Maintain global liquidity and financial resourcing, including intercompany loan management.
  • Monitors external bank account usage and makes recommendations on closing and opening external accounts.
  • Establishment (or revision) of policies and procedures.
  • Assists with presentations and reporting for senior management.
  • Works closely with tax, legal, and accounting in order to execute intercompany transactions for enhanced global cash management. Assist with managing affiliate funding arrangements including intercompany lending, capital injections, dividends, and other distributions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics
  • 3+ (3) years of Treasury experience
  • Three recent years of large ($350M+) multinational experience
  • Strong computer skills including advanced Excel (Pivot tables, IF statements, etc), Word and PowerPoint as well as previous experience with bank software
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Experience working in Private Equity owned companies
  • Honesty and integrity
