VP – Wealth Management Banking Marketing Product Manager

Job Description:

Specific responsibilities include:
Developing and executing an integrated marketing plan to deliver on business goals, including direct to client programs, advisor practice-level marketing communication tools and resources and wealth management banking specialist support
Aligning and socializing marketing strategy, plan and messaging with the Segment team, Merrill Leadership, Private Bank Leadership
Manage launch of new offerings, in conjunction with product management, including naming/branding and marketing plan to raise awareness and consideration
Ensure “always on” foundations are in place and managed/updated as needed
.com ecosystem product page content and branding of products/solutions
Curated content library for each solution
Recommending channel/ distribution strategy, including appropriate mix of owned digital channels, digital campaigns, direct mail, etc.
Measurement and socialization of performance metrics for all direct-to-customer “offer” programs and extracting insights to inform future programs
Leveraging data and insights to deliver the most impactful marketing strategy and continuously optimizing the product marketing shelf through research with users and best-in-class learnings outside of our category
Assessing budget required and recommend future budget and resource needs
Driving outside of the box thinking, bringing innovative approaches and new ideas
Managing in a fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment within tight deadlines
