Description:

Quick Box Fulfillment is looking for a seasoned Account Manager to manage an existing book of clients. The Client Services team is responsible for all communications to the Quick Box client base. As part of the team you will be responsible for advocating for client needs throughout internal departments and ensuring deliverables are met on time. The diverse backgrounds of our management and ownership team will provide exposure to multiple facets of business and fulfillment/warehousing.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:
Ability to strategically manage all aspects of client relationship and communication, providing excellent service and maintaining client satisfaction through critical problem solving and decision-making skills.
Document and track internal metrics according to client SLAs to drive performance.
Advocate for clients across operational departments and make proactive recommendations to gain economic and operational efficiencies on behalf of client and Quick-Box.
Understand the impact of client needs on operational departments and effect on planned labor and resources.
Provide ongoing client facing program summaries, business reviews, analysis, recommendations, PO trending etc.
Develop relationships with clients to realize the value of contracted services.
Ability to recognize up-sell opportunities and collaborate with Business Development to ensure client needs are met

Requirements:

Mandatory:
Must have fulfillment experience
Highschool diploma or GED
Critical and Strategic Thinker
Works well in Team environment
Willing to contribute ideas and feedback
Ability to learn on the go and pickup processes while in flight
Self-starter with excellent follow-through
Dependable, punctual and possess a positive attitude
Ability to clearly communicate
Extremely organized

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Strong computer and word processing skills, including Microsoft applications
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred
