Your responsibilities as the Customer Service Representative:
– Receive and send written business correspondence
– Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
– Organize and route incoming telephone calls
– Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

Job Requirements:
– Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
– 2+ years’ experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
– Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
– Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
– Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
– Practical knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls
– Call center experience
– General familiarity with Answering Inbound Calls
– Adeptness in Call Center Operations
– Proficiency in order entry
– Demonstrated knowledge of Fast Paced Call Center
– Customer service experience
– Command of inside sales
– Call Center Customer Service experience preferred

– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Strong customer service and office administrative skills
– Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
