As a Creative Director, you will:

  • Collaborate in the design, development, and strategy of key creative elements on behalf of the Cardlytics brand in an effort to support the company’s strategic growth objectives.
  • Bring campaigns and product launches to life with creative ideas that speak to our customers through a cohesive brand aesthetic tailored to each content distribution channel.
  • Help to evolve and redefine the brand’s look and feel to help create highly engaging, world-class work.
  • Lead a high-performing, creative, and efficient design team that will achieve high-quality work at the greatest level of efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to develop creative briefs and concept creation (i.e.

    photography, video production, etc.) that will inform impactful and thoughtful creative work.

  • Co-manage agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class creative and flawless execution across multiple channels, which may include: Digital, Social, CRM, Radio, OOH, TVC, e-Commerce, Partnerships, Brand Experience, PR, and IR.

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual Communications or commensurate experience.
  • 7
    – 10 years of relevant professional experience; Ad agency experience is highly desired.
  • Experience managing and empowering a creative team with the ability to also manage cross-functionally.
  • Experience with art directing and designing work for print, new product campaigns, OOH, events, digital, social media, and motion.
  • Proven success working in or supporting a fast-paced digital culture.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and relentless desire for innovation, balanced with the business.
  • Expert understanding of the web production process; Familiarity with post-production retouching and at least a working knowledge of the printing process.
  • Proficiency in programs such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; Experience with 3D and After Effects is a plus.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into a strong creative vision. 
  • Solid written/verbal communication and collaborative skills.

You are:

  • A creator and dedicated to developing an amazing brand experience.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and synthesize feedback from consumers, merchants, marketers, and product teams into creative direction.
  • Able to facilitate the creative development process, including providing clear direction and producing work cost effectively and on schedule.
  • A strong people manager with coaching skills to provide clear creative direction to motivate and inspire creative teams.
