Instructional Designer Project Manager

We are looking for Instructional Design Project Manager that has strong hands-on Sr Instructional Design experience.

The ID PM ensures all deliverables are developed on time, within budget, and of a quality that exceeds product management expectations.

Essential Functions
Manage project teams that develop eLearning safety training programs that use storytelling and interactive elements to teach workers in an engaging way
Develop product by successfully managing the eLearning instructional design process through course design, storyboarding, development, and publish.
Work on multiple projects concurrently while meeting product quality expectations and schedule commitments as required.
Serve as the primary point of contact for and coordinate the development efforts of all project team members
Liaise with subject matter experts to ensure all course deliverables meet regulatory training requirements as specified by the project charter
Ensure instructional design and product quality standards are met, coach and provide feedback on all deliverables.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the instructional integrity, consistency, and overall quality of all deliverables.
Create, revise, distribute, and monitor the project plan/schedule, resolving conflicts as needed
Manage the project scope to keep the development effort within timeline and budget while meeting strict product quality standards
Provide status reporting and collaborate on any issues or concerns any problems, issues, or concerns to the Project Manager as required
Design and develop multiple courses in a variety of media (including eLearning) for multiple clients concurrently while meeting project quality expectations and schedule commitments
Design instructionally sound courseware using the company’s methodology when writing design documents, storyboards, job aids and classroom materials.

Demonstrate innovation and creativity while maintaining instructionally effective instruction and interactions in all course development efforts
Conduct peer reviews for other instructional designers and provide detailed feedback about instructional techniques and writing.

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, plus 5 years’ experience, or 8 years equivalent instructional design and/or instructional design project management work experience
Experience in workplace safety training a plus

Demonstrated evidence of professional experience as a senior instructional designer and instructional design project manager of eLearning courses, Customer-centric focus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail
Creative thinker / analytical problem solver
Knowledge of current and emerging instructional technologies and methods, including knowledge of learning management systems
