Youre as comfortable working with your team as you are crafting technical solutions and measuring the effectiveness of a project.nn nnIn this role, you will:nn nnEnable the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutionsnn nnUse key performance indicators (important metrics) to measure and test the quality of projectsnn nnEncourage and support your team in defining technical, operational and user requirementsnn nnOversee the timely and effective resolution of client issuesnn nnCollaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction, including managing offshore teamsnn nnSupport sales activitiesnn nnTravel as needednn nnYour skills:nn nnYoure likely to have at least five years of CRM experience and a bachelors degree in a field such as information technology, business technology or engineering.nn nnYour skills and experience include:nn nnExcellent client management skillsnn nnExperience leading large complex technology projectsnn nnA background in managing global CRM teams and working with offshore teamsnn nnPerfection in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical partnersnn nnWorking independently with minimal supervisionnn nnUnderstanding common industry-standard business practices supported by CRMnn nnExtensive experience with CRM or other business management software, especially Microsoft Dynamicsnn nnExperience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .NET, etc.nn nnStrong grasp of relational databasesnn nnEmployment TransparencyAvanade Is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
