Overview: The HR Business Partner serves as a partner and consultant by providing guidance and HR expertise to employees, managers and leaders throughout the organization.

This position exists to deliver high-level customer service to staff, management, vendors and applicants.

In this role, the HR Business Partner will provide a variety of HR services and coordinate the timely, efficient and effective delivery of HR programs including but not limited to: Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Training, Recruitment, Coaching, Development, and Operational Performance.

Responsibilities: Establish regular meetings with departmental stakeholders and respective business units Consult with departmental leadership to effectively diagnose organizational issues and create action plans for resolution Analyze and speak to data trends and metrics in partnership with business units to deliver solutions, programs, and policies Represent HR as a single point of contact for staff and leaders; providing HR support and proactive advice and consultation Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders, HR and Administrative Departments to provide continuity of services, implement HR and institutional initiatives and ensure stakeholder needs are met with regard to service delivery Drive the business planning and performance review process throughout the organization by working with leadership in identifying and addressing performance related issues Interpret policy for stakeholders by maintaining thorough knowledge of company policies Support employee relations, complex investigations, and engagement activities as necessary Coordinate the grievance, harassment and complaint process Consult with organizational and outside counsel when necessary to ensure mitigation of legal risks and ensuring compliance Service management and team members by providing objective feedback and solutions focused recommendations in resolving conflict and employee relations matters Planning, facilitation of new employee orientation Complete needs assessments across the organization and design, implement, and facilitate training programs for leaders and team members Provide continued analysis of job requirements, job descriptions, and FLSA status across the organization Provides regular performance management guidance to the clinical and administrative management team to include coaching, counseling, career development, and progressive discipline Consult with respective departments on workforce planning, restructures, and succession planning Advise leadership in wage and salary administration and the development of job descriptions Comply with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality at all times Coordinate Leave Administration for assigned departments Advise and coordinate with employees and department leaders on ADA requests through the interactive process Adhere to organizational policies and procedures Stay up to date on HR related trends, best practices and regulatory topics Other duties as assigned Qualifications: MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience or combination 2 years HR experience required Good communication skills required Experience with HRIS, ATS and other Human Resource related technologies required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Basic Excel skills are required.
