Scope of Position:
The Therapist shall be responsible for managing service delivery and providing clinical services for a caseload of clients that receive community-based mental health and substance abuse services. Responsibilities shall include driving personal vehicle to the client’s preferred location that is most accessible for the client. Community settings may vary including residential, school and workplace environments. The Therapist shall be responsible to provide therapy, individual and group counseling and behavioral interventions including conducting assessments, developing/updating treatment plans and various tasks pertinent to case management.

Minimum Qualifications include a Masters degree in one of the behavioral or social sciences and at least two years post graduate school Mental Health/Developmental Disability/Substance Abuse experience with targeted population. Demonstrated experience in the management and delivery of mental health services including therapy, individual and group counseling and behavioral intervention required.

Preferred Qualifications include Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professionals; experience with substance abuse recovery and intervention.
