The Human Resources Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the recruitment of CAREGivers.

The Human Resources Coordinator is expected to recruit, screen, train and retain a staff of CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to our clients.Primary ResponsibilitiesAnswer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable mannerDevelop and implement new recruitment strategies within the community to include career fairs, sponsored events etc.Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner.Create and maintain all employment records including but not limited to I-9 Form, W-4 form and all other employment related documentsConduct character reference, criminal background, fingerprints and motor vehicle checks on all CAREGiversSchedule and conduct CAREGiver orientation and all training including CAREGiver Leadership Development, Alzheimer’s Training, Personal Care Training, and ongoing developmental trainingSecondary ResponsibilitesMonitor compliance for local and federal labor and safety laws including EOE, ADA, FMLA and OSHAMonitor Driver’s License expiration, car insurance expiration, TB test expiration, Annual Drug TestingAssist in the publication of a monthly communication to all CAREGiversTrain all CAREGivers in the use of approved paperwork and communication methods to ensure documentation of client servicesTrain or retrain CAREGivers in proper procedures and Home Instead Standards.Support office staff in various roles as requiredMinimum QualificationsMinimum two years prior experience in recruitment, human resources or related areaCollege degree preferred but not required.

Past proven experience a mustExcellent written, verbal and computer skillsKnowledge of all Microsoft products i.e.

Word, Excel, Power Point, PublisherWillings to travel to other locations to recruit i.e.

Thomasville, Quitman, Moutrie, Adel, TiftonNon Smoking candidates onlyWilling to work some weekends and after hoursThis position could be either full-time or part-time depending on present or future staffing requirements.

We do provide an incentive program based on monthly or quarterly financial targetsWe do not provide health benefits at this time.
