Position:Sales Director, Cloud Solutions (North America)Job Description:Hiring rate/range:$247,500 to $302,500Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.The Sales Director, Cloud Solutions is responsible for advancing the company s vision for Cloud by optimizing strategies and operating models to maximize value and accelerate profitable growth.

This role requires a savvy and proven Cloud sales leader who can direct and execute the sales strategy while building a strong sales team.

This individual must have a multi-faceted skill set understanding not only sales strategies and execution but also process flow and channel partner optimization.

Negotiates complex deals and is responsible for growing the supplier base and adding new channel partners.

The successful candidate will also possess existing relationships and contacts in the Cloud space.Primary Responsibilities :* Drive sales execution in support of the organization s targets for supplier market share growth as well as customer account base expansion* Execute against a go-to-market plan that identifies strategically and tactically how the business growth and other metric-based performance factors will be met* Manage internal line-of-business partnerships and sales support functions enabling traditional IT sales organizations with cloud solutions* Balance short, medium and long term opportunities, while optimizing the mix of current channel partners and adding new ones* Help design sales strategies and/or enhance existing models to proactively drive client engagements to achieve growth targets in the business segment and region* Manage and maintain the performance of the sales team against business measurements to track growth, profitability and customer satisfaction* Develop influential customer relationships while leveraging those relationships to drive strategic programs* Hire, develop and retain talent necessary for the success of the organization while also building critical succession plans to ensure the necessary talent is in place to meet future business objectives* Hold management and sales teams accountable for proactively managing the development and performance of employees* Manage, monitor and report on P& Amp;Ls* Other duties as assignedKnowledge and Skill Requirements :* BS/BA in related field; MBA or other related Master s Degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education and experience* Minimum of 7 years experience leading a sales organization with a proven track record of performance; 5+ years experience executing Cloud selling strategies* Minimum of 5+ years selling cloud solutions including Microsoft Azure (required) or a combination of AWS or Google Cloud (preferred)* Ideal candidate experience includes value-add distributor and two-tier channel sales positioning cloud solutions* Strong financial acumen including P& Amp;L management* Successful experience with sales strategy development and deployment; provide experience in identifying channel opportunities* Innovative mindset and ability to think outside traditional methodologies and approaches* A high degree of self-motivation and flexibility with the ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple complex tasks and competing priorities in an ever-evolving environment* Proven ability to manage across functions and regions; the ability and willingness to effectively and proactively interact in a highly-matrixed environment to achieve results* Demonstrated ability to select, motivate, lead and develop talent* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with and present to varying levels within the company as well as C-suite partners and suppliers* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills including the ability to build influential relationships; proven ability to work and communicate effectively with external customers and clients* Able and willing to travel an estimated 50-60%Personal Attributes :* Superior leadership, team-building, interpersonal and communication skills* Lives on the cutting edge of technology and is familiar with a wide variety of channels, products and platforms* Ability to garner support from business leaders at various levels in the organization* Advocate for the brand, ensuring the accuracy of all marketing messages and that the vision is a shared one* High integrity, values and humility* Embraces a culture based on collaboration and interdependency (highly matrixed)* Passionate about helping others succeed* Adaptable and open to changeWhat We Offer at Arrow:At Arrow, we are driving innovation and choice by offering employees a variety of benefits designed to keep you and your family physically and financially healthy.Not only do we offer a competitive salary and work-life balance, we offer benefits to match your needs:* Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance* 401k, With Matching Contributions* Paid Time Off* Health Savings Account (HSA)/Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Options* Growth Opportunities* Short-Term/Long-Term Disability Insurance* And more!Location:US-FL-Florida (Remote Employees)Time Type:Full timeJob Category:SalesEEO Statement:Arrow is an equal opportunity employer.
