Lead Systems Engineer

*Primary Location: *3003 Summit Blvd, Atlanta, GA, USA *Division: *Cox Automotive *Job Level: *Individual Contributor *Travel: *No *Schedule: *Full-time *Shift: *Day Job *Requisition Number: *217810 The Collaboration, Messaging and Directory Services (CMDS) teams supports global operations with responsibility for the communication and collaboration platforms and services.

The Lead Systems Engineer for CMDS is a technical specialist in all aspects of Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365, to include Azure Active Directory.

They will work in conjunction with their peers and strategic business partners to provide sustainable technology solutions for current business challenges.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): * Stays informed and aware of changes and enhancements for the technology platforms the team supports.

* Works as part of a diverse, inclusive team to support our collaboration platforms and directory services.

* Engages regularly with partners across technology teams to maintain and improve existing platforms.

* Works to mentor other engineers and act as an escalation point for technical challenges.

* Works with managers and directors to manage and prioritize a backlog of work efforts.

* Participates in an on-call rotation to support critical business systems.

* Work individually and collaborates with others to complete projects successfully and efficiently.

* Establishes and maintains influential relationships with internal (security, identity, support, etc.) and external partners/vendors.

* Develop automation, integration, and self-service capabilities * Help create and provide a seamless work experience for Cox Automotive employees around the world using tools, integrations, simplifications, and documentation.

* Communicate effectively and timely regarding status, project efforts, issues, and resolutions.

* Ensure best practices are followed, along with company and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications: * Required: * Where permitted by applicable law, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be considered for this U.S.

based job.

(Reasonable accommodations for medical and religious objections will be considered.) * 8+ years experience in large, complex enterprise environments * 5+ years experience in managing and engineering online communication and collaboration platforms * 5+ years experience in automation skills and platforms; PowerShell, Azure Automation, Power platform, etc.

* 3+ years experience with Azure Active Directory * Working experience in leading projects * Desired: * Experience with identity platforms
– Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday.

* OAuth and related authentication knowledge * Okta experience and/or related knowledge * Conceptual understanding of network load balancing
– F5 BigIP.
