*Primary Location: *6325 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd, Atlanta, GA, USA*Division: *Cox Automotive*Job Level: *Manager/Senior Manager*Travel: *No*Schedule: *Full-time*Shift: *Day Job*Requisition Number: *212466 Cox Automotive is currently looking for a Senior Manager with 10+ Years of experience to join our team in Atlanta, GA.The Senior Manager Test Engineering is responsible for overseeing the software quality assurance in support of multiple applications at a multi-billion dollar enterprise.

This position is accountable for driving structure, organization, alignment, consistency, tooling, and governance of the test engineering processes across the Oracle engineering teams.

The Senior Manager provides leadership across the entire software development lifecycle and is responsible for leading technical staff, both employees and consultants, in the design, development and delivery of testing solutions.

The candidate will have a deep understanding of test processes, test automation and agile delivery methodology.You will manage Cox & contract resources in the Testing Center of Excellence and have direct responsibility for the resources who are executing load/performance testing, test tool administration, and the definition and operations of testing governance.

You will influence other engineers on the portfolio delivery teams in their testing processes in order to achieve efficiency, automation, agility and standardization.

The successful candidate is able to demonstrate leadership, coaching and mentoring skills combined with the flexibility of working in a dynamic, agile environment.The Cox Automotive Oracle platforms are built on the E-Business Application Suite with complex integrations built on the Oracle SOA Suite.

This position requires a strong technical background with the capability to manage a group of senior test engineers through the operation of test automation and manual test processes.

This role requires a thorough understanding of business functions and processes in addition to testing process expertise.

*Technology We Use:*Oracle E-Business Suite, Order To Cash, Procure to Pay, OBIEE, Test Complete, SOAP UI, Load Runner*Your Role*: * Manage onshore/offshore test engineering resources including 3rd party vendors * Manage the overall test strategy and the Testing Center of Excellence which sets the governance for testing processes across the Enterprise Platforms Release trains * Define, evaluate, and improve testing metrics to drive improvements in testing efficiency * Define and measure test automation outcomes * Continually evaluate testing tools including automation tools, test data management, test case management, performance testing * Manage the process and execution of load and performance testing * Liaise at a management level between Application Development, Engineering, Architecture, Release Management and Operations as needed to ensure team coordination, synergy, and successful project delivery. * Drive peer to peer knowledge sharing and technical sessions to help drive upskilling and share best practices across the organization * Develop strong, collaborative relationships with our Enterprise Platforms integration partners to maintain and improve integrated testing processes * Collaborate with production operations and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure teams to develop testing strategies to validate lower environment stability and production environment readiness (i.e., post-deployments and Blue-Green swap) * Communicate equally well with business owners, customers, and technology professionals * Lead, coach, mentor and develop all reporting resources utilizing development plans, performance notes, or any other approved HR tools * Oversees and leads contract negotiations and vendor management * Develops and draws upon internal and external networks to drive testing innovation Qualifications: *Required Experience (minimum): * * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related area required * 10+ years of information technology experience required * 3+ years of prior management experience required with a track record of leading and growing teams * 5+ years of software delivery experience (Agile methods preferred) * 3+ years in implementing large-scale projects (ERP programs preferred) * Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills * Solid technical background, with hands on extensive experience with DevOps tool chain and processes * Excellent soft skills such as: interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization * Proven ability to collaborate across integrated teams to deliver quality solutions.
