Position Description:

We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in three installments over a 90-day period.

We are looking for a Tube Bender Programmer Operator to join our team in Lavonia, GA.

▪ Responsible for operating/leading a team to meet production for tube bender jobs
▪ Sets the pace based on the standard rate and makes sure that the numbers are safely achieved.
▪ Able to program and trouble shoot the tube bender.
Responsible for all quality checks and the overall quality of the part.
▪ Must be able to use a tape measure, micrometer and calipers to verify critical dimensions
▪ Must be able to read and understand the Check sheets in Plex to ensure quality as well as all Quality Alerts (F-Q-020).
▪ Practices good housekeeping
▪ Ensures that the tube bender and surrounding areas are free of debris and oil spills before the end of the shift.
▪ Makes sure that all tools and ancillary equipment is cleaned and returned after use.
▪ Assist in implementing and maintaining Quality systems
▪ Other duties as assigned by leadership

Position Requirements:
▪ High School Diploma or GED Preferred
▪ Good communication skills
▪ Must have basic understanding of print reading
▪ Must be able to work in a team- oriented atmosphere
▪ Strong mechanical background
▪ Working knowledge of measuring tools
▪ Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
