Because it’s the best-run businesses that make the world run better and improve people’s lives. CONTRACT DURATION: 6 MONTHSCONTRACT HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEKANTICIPATED START DATE: MARCH 2021OFFICE LOCATION: DALLAS, TX OR ATLANTA, GA **PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION** The South MU Field and Partner Marketing Intern will support the marketing priorities for the South Region. **EXPECTATIONS & TASKS** The South MU Field and Partner Marketing Intern will support marketing priorities in support of customer and partner events and initiatives.

This is a full-time internship; the Field and Partner Marketing Intern is expected to work 40-hour work weeks. The Field and Partner Marketing Intern will assist in the marketing planning and campaign execution for various marketing, partner and communications activities across the South Region.

This will entail the development and support of marketing campaigns, newsletters, campaign reporting, calendar development, results analysis and ongoing visibility into campaign tactic milestones. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** 
– Leading the creation of the weekly sales newsletters 
– Maintaining calendar(s) of marketing activity
– Assisting with the planning and delivery of customer and partner events e.g.

webinars, virtual workshops
– Assisting the team with lead management efforts
– Coordinating with 3rd party vendors to provide specific products/services
– Interacting with subject matter experts related to SAP offerings
– Editing and producing quality communications materials for internal and/or external audiences
– Creating and maintaining of reporting and analysis of marketing tactic results
– Making effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities
– Investigating a specific marketing process and recommending modifications
– Executing tasks related to core operations projects and/or process improvements
– Participating in all field marketing planning and cadence meetings 
– The completion of at least one independent marketing tactic such as conducting a virtual event or email campaign
– Managing special projects to support field marketers
