WHAT YOU’LL DOWe are looking for a passionate and innovative Product Analyst with Agile expertise to join our team.The Product Analyst must be a customer-centric team member within the Marketing & Client Team Tribe who enjoys working with teams to deliver exceptional products to internal customers.

You will work within a squad and most directly with the Product Owner of that squad to help execute the ongoing development of a best-in-class pipeline management, costing and investment engine platform to support the work of our senior consulting staff as they go to market.

You will coordinate closely with your Product Owner and squad to stay aligned on business goals.

You will also represent the voice of our customers, and make sure that Squad members understand their needs and preferences.

You will support the Product team in backlog management/prioritization, user story development and functional testing to continuously release improvements to our platform.

This role will leverage strong collaborative decision-making, a keen attention to harmonization of process and comprehensive problem-solving to deliver exceptional business requirements definitions.The Product Analyst will also play a key role in our Support channel, including providing support to internal users of the Pipeline Management tool.

You will help triage and investigate escalated issues and work with the development team to solution for fixes when required.

The Product Analyst will be expected to identify support issue trends and recommend tool improvements based on those trends.
