Content Portfolio Lead Analyst

As a Content Portfolio Lead Analyst, you will work with BCG’s best-in-class editorial team to analyze and report data, contributing to the team’s focus on sharpening content strategy, content quality, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).

In that capacity, you will:

Contribute to the ROMI program as a key analyst

Support decision making and ad hoc analysis, leveraging internal dashboards/reports

Guide and support sub-teams to identify and carry out ROMI analyses

Identify and close data gaps

Support analysis of budget usage and accruals

Strategic thinking: you generate actionable insights that move the needle on strategic objectives Audience-centric communication: you build intuitive, concise, and clear data stories that align with the needs and interests of your audience
Analytical mindset: you have a deep technical knowledge of analytics and data visualization; you can design and carry out the right analyses to answer strategic questions

Collaborative: you are quick to build valuable working relationships based on trust

Proactive: you respond to requests for analytics, but you also take the initiative, identifying new analysis that can lead to meaningful, actionable insights

Project management: you are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, keeping key stakeholders informed about progress, next steps, and deliverables

Strong familiarity with the digital marketing space and understanding of basic statistics Strong familiarity with digital content marketing, specifically Advanced Analytics capabilities with superior skills in Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL Ability to clearly communicate insights to senior stakeholders with both quantitative and qualitative approaches Flexibility and a curious, creative mindset Preferred, 5-7 years of relevant professional experience

You’ll work with the Global Editorial Director and Deputy Editors, and will partner with other analysts on the ROMI, Digital, Amplification, and Practice Area teams.
