Citi has made it a priority to foster a culture where the best people want to work, where individuals are promoted based on merit, where we value and demand respect for others and where opportunities to develop to are widely available to all.nn nn Job Description/Key Responsibilities nn Define and execute the digital and merchant customer product acquisition strategy and associated product roadmaps for Citi Retail Services partnerships Develop new product features and integration solutions in close partnership with retail partners, product teams and supporting functions bringing innovation, value and efficient execution to market for the firm and our partners.

Partner with technology and Digital Servicing teams to design a seamless experience at point of sale and checkout.

Apply design principles of speed, simplicity, and engagement by developing best-in-class journeys and experiences.

Partner with Data and Decision Management (DM) to optimize profitability and performance.

Develop, represent and support digital and merchant products presentations as part of new deal and existing merchant business development opportunities.

Manage L1 Domain process KPIs, controls and backlogs as part of the Acquiring Domain SIPOC Work closely with cross-functional teammates, including Portfolio management, Risk Management, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Client Experience, Digital, Operations and Technology to execute on priorities within established operating plans and timelines.

Monitor, execute and remediate all digital product ARCMS, Domain L1 KPIs and departmental process controls; ensuring systemically responsible outcomes while driving performance and balancing short
– and long-term risks of the firm and our partners.

Develop and mentor digital and merchant product talent and teams capable of delivering world class acquisition products and services for Citi and culture created around meritocracy and transparency, and celebrating excellence, initiative and courage.

Provide clear, concise and timely executive and SLT digital acquisition product performance / product updates through scorecards, business, partner MBR and Domain reviews.

nn Qualifications: nn 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years’ managerial experience.

Relevant experience with customer and client-facing digital acquisition and B2B integration products, UI/UX development, agency management and agile SDLC leadership.

Demonstrated results working in a matrixed organization structure.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively problem solve.

Ability to build positive cross-functional relationships.

Demonstrated history of prioritizing and allocating fixed resources across diverse initiatives.

Must have a strategic mindset with the ability to communicate in a sophisticated manner to sell business rationale to internal & external counterparts.

Advanced interpersonal and influencing skills.

(Ability to give a compelling presentation that can persuade any size audience.) Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of P&L drivers.

Proven track record of team coaching and development.

Ability to plan, develop and lead initiatives Demonstrated experience solving regulatory requirement issues in a compliant manner.
