This is much more than a job it is a career with purpose.nn nn Summary: nn nn Supports day-to-day administration and management of the learning technology, reporting & analysis, and learning measurement.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for managing special projects, benchmarking best practices to identify gaps in current learning and development processes and develop strategies to address.

Successful performance in this role requires strong service skills, project management skills, and technical aptitude.

nn nn Duties and Responsibilities: nn nn Manages and administers the LMS including but not limited to configuration, interface management, learner enrollment, assessments, surveys, and packaging/loading of content.

nn nn Fields inquiries related to interface issues, configuration issues, managing user groups, user permissions, etc.

Researches and provides timely resolution contacting requesters as needed to clarify requests.

Analyzes trends using data to identify improvement opportunities and executes to implement them.

nn nn Fully tests training across equipment and browser configurations supported at Aarons and makes modifications to minimize issues experienced by end users.

nn nn Collaborates and coordinates with other departments to ensure that learning solutions are deployed in an accurate and timely manner.

nn nn Collaborates with the instructional design team to ensure that training design considers the features, benefits and limitations of the LMS.

nn nn Produces, maintains, and communicates training schedules, leveraging operational and project insights to make efficient use of limited training resources.

nn nn Maintains the department learning website.

nn nn Designs, runs and schedules ad-hoc, custom reports, and dashboards to monitor key metrics (i.e., roster management, facilities coordination, learner activity tracking, success, trends, monthly enrollments, completions, training, evaluations, training compliance and surveys.) nn nn Conduct analysis and produce dashboards or scorecards that tell the story as to the contribution and impact that learning is having on the organization.

nn nn Implements new learning technologies and upgrades to existing technology using structured project management practices for the end to end project (i.e., requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing and launch, etc.) nn nn Leads efforts to design and develop procedures and standards relevant to the function, communicating them to the business partners and the L&D team.
