This is a Full-time position in Tucker, GA posted March 27, 2023.
Seeking an attorney who is both aggressive and creative in pursuing the client’s best interests. Will primarily work with the named partners and must be willing to adopt/adapt to their aggressive litigation strategy (i.e., a willingness to fight out disputes in court). The ideal candidate should have 8+ years’ of litigation experience and possesses the ability to independently manage a case from start to finish. Experience in the areas of real estate, business, banking, creditors’ rights, employment law, personal injury, RICO, and intellectual property a plus.
Position Requirements:
- 8+ years of litigation experience
- Ability to commute to Tucker, GA. We are conveniently located off I-285, two exits south of Spaghetti Junction
- Full time (regular office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Must be a member in good standing of the Georgia Bar.
- Excellent online legal research and legal writing skills (writing sample requested)
