Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters. You must have a strong understanding of labor and employment law and be able to provide strategic legal advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor and employment law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia and in good standing with the GA state bar.
• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, preferably in labor and employment law.
• Strong understanding of labor and employment law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Experience with conducting legal research and providing legal advice to clients.
• Experience with preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Experience with negotiating settlements and participating in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
