or above preferred Travel: None initially, may change as Covid travel restrictions are lifted Work Auth: 3rd party and agency candidates will NOT be considered Major Responsibilities To Include Our national healthcare client is looking for several Lead Analysts with expertise in Grievances and Appeals.

The Lead Analysts will assist with the implementation of client’s remediation plan for the backlog of grievances and appeals.

Processing Medicare, Medicaid (Medi-Cal) and dual Medicare-Medicaid (MMP) grievances and appeals.

Processing cases, investigating cases, and resolving and addressing issues Data entry, letter and notice generation.

Reviewing, troubleshooting and remediating client procedures and errors.

Supporting and assisting with leading other team members as necessary.

Acting as a liaison between different client areas.

5 years of dedicated experience with some lead experience Qualifications Medicare/Medicaid Grievances and Appeals experience is a must NO third party or agency candidates will be considered Additional Information NO third party or agency candidates will be considered
