Review credit reports of buyer Meet metrics as defined by management.

Work with borrowers, Mortgage Loan Originators, Underwriting and vendors 2 years of loan processing experience.

Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology.

Maintain knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and changes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.

High level of customer service skills.

Strong time management and organizational skills.
