Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

What we are looking for:

The role of the Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst is to collect accounts receivables for equipment, parts, service, service contracts and consumables for the USA . Work with USA customers regarding any concerns they have with open account. Coordinate relations with all other departments as needed to work through any issues to bring a resolution for customer.

What you will do:

  • Follow up with Operations, Installation Coordinators and Salesman concerning delivery, install and training dates
  • Calling customers for payment and confirming there are no issues that would cause the customer to withhold payment
  • Forward issues to the correct department/region for resolution
  • Collect parts, service, service contracts and consumables
  • Call or email all customers for updates on their open account balances
  • Meet monthly with Service to review the open disputes
  • Processing customer’s payments for equipment, parts, service, service contracts and consumables either by credit card, ACH or COD
  • Processing refunds checks when requested
  • Processing invoices for payment in Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, Concentric, DiCentral
  • Account updates, review of terms, fax and email letters, reconcile accounts
  • Create aging reports, dispute reports, process all adjustments
  • Meet with Accounting Operations Manager monthly to address problem accounts

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3-5 years in similar role
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of computers (Windows and Mac OS) and networking
  • Self-starter and able to take on difficult problems and work them through to resolution
  • A comfortable and confident speaker able to communicate effectively to a wide audience from production personnel, through management and business owners
  • Able to manage multiple high-priority action items
  • Proven skills in handling customers in high pressure situations

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Pay Range: 45 K – 55 k

Our compensation structure is based on market, skills, and experience along with other key factors. Please note candidates will be evaluated on these factors to determine actual pay. Total compensation can be larger when factored in with benefits, bonuses, or commissions if applicable.
