Deal Desk Analyst to join our high-performing team.

You get to collaborate with sales to facilitate the sale of our product to customers, helping them create memorable experiences for their customers!

The role as a Sr.

Deal Desk Analyst on our Sales Operations team, you will be a powerful advocate who partners with our global sales team to drive revenue, by helping them execute deals, and remove internal roadblocks.

You will act as a trusted sales guide for complex deal structures and terms that mutually benefit both our external customers and internal cross-functional teams, think critically and proactively to identify improved processes and approaches and synthesize information from multiple sources to drive deal execution across all sales verticals.

Day-to-day

  • Ensure adherence to our pricing, quote to contract processes and policies for our sales team
  • Craft proposals as the go-to liaison between our sales team and legal/finance
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of licensing models and recommend contract structures
  • Maintain scalable operations to increase contract velocity and efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Revenue Accounting and Legal to review or address revenue recognition concerns for non-standard deal structures.
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on deal constructs, special pricing, operations, and revenue policies for ad hoc troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a deal desk analyst, order management analyst or related sales operations functions.
  • Highly collaborative, and “customer first” mentality.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and quote to contract (CPQ) tools and process a definite plus
  • An understanding of enterprise sales processes, and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles.
  • Prior experience with complex, cross-functional pricing & proposal execution across sales, legal, and finance.
  • Ability to analyze and recommend licensing structures and contract terms.
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator with exceptional critical thinking skills, and unafraid to voice a point of view.
  • Self-motivated and innovative, with the ability to lead internal stakeholders by influence if needed.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Able to thrive within a high growth, dynamic environment
