Tier 3 Service Desk Analyst

Fast growing company has an immediate need for a Service Desk Level III Analyst on a direct hire basis.  In this role, you will work on a small team of service desk professionals and jump into the ticket queue as an escalation point for Tier 1 and 2.  General duties include upgrading, maintenance, assisting with project work as needed, and much more. This role is in the office five days a week and pays competitive base salaries, full benefits, and more.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree almost required. Strong focus on hardware and software.  The company will train you on their software apps (all proprietary). 5+ years of IT experience working on level 2 and 3 issues, hands-on ticket resolution experience, Windows environment, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows laptops and PC’s, MS Office 2016.
