UX Engineering Leader SP&R

What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key player in leading our engineering efforts and helping to build products that drive our vision and strategy.

We are looking for a strong, collaborative UX Leader with energy and enthusiasm for technology and security.

The UX Leader will be an integral part of our solution delivery team providing: UX leadership across several products People leadership Shared planning across several products You will look to apply lean startup principles to validate the growth and value potential in all that we do.

You have or are currently implementing desings and leverage that real world experience to drive tradeoffs.

You have a good awareness of the balance between experiments, designs, and working product to be a multiplier for the rest of the organization.

You foster a collaborative environment that promotes open discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

You communicate a product roadmap that supports our mission.

You understand design trends and can promote introduction of new techniques that support the strategy.

You are a good leader, coach, and mentor.

As a servant leader, you provide any and all support to the team.

You also lead by example and provide the template for your team to emulate.

You leverage metrics and data to support ideas and decisions.

You inner level of confidence allows you to lead some days and follow others based on what is needed for the desired outcomes.
