As a Brand Marketing Director, you will:

  • Develop and implement communications and brand marketing strategies to align with brand goals, including the integrated marketing communications plan for launching the company’s new brand platform.
  • Drive brand health, messaging, and campaign measurement to align with brand goals.
  • Lead and execute all elements of the integrated marketing communications plans spanning from awareness, consideration and conversion with oversight of Paid and Owned channels, planning strategy, design, execution, and measurement.

    Activities will support both product launches and other key communications windows.

  • Write all creative briefs that align with brand strategy and value-based brand proposition for all creative projects.
  • Co-manage agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class creative and flawless execution across multiple channels, which may include: Digital, Social, CRM, Radio, OOH, TVC, e-Commerce, Partnerships, Brand Experience, PR, and IR.
  • Conduct campaign post-audits to identify key learnings and measure effectiveness against defined and aligned KPIs.
  • Uncover actionable, inspirational insights that set up the creative team to produce breakthrough work that fosters real business results.
  • Manage creation and approvals of all marketing assets, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive brand growth and monitor industry for relevant news and cultural shifts.
  • Support leadership presentations with the ability to clearly outline brand strategy, communicate consumer insights, communications plans, and analytics.
  • Manage brand alignment and go to market messaging amongst all internal stakeholders.

You have:

  • BA or BS required; MBA Strongly preferred.
  • 7
    – 10 years of experience in leading the marketing strategy and execution in a B2B centered organization.
  • Proven performance in developing and executing campaigns that deliver wins for all audiences.
  • Overseen a brand and/or product launch and have mapped out a solid internal integration strategy.
  • Excellent writing skills and can convey messages in a relevant and interesting way.
  • Understanding of media performance by channel and ability to provide clear objectives and success measures linked to the overall business objectives.
