– content strategy+ A director role will replace current Associate Director role, ensuring Org layers do not increaseAbout the Job+ Content strategy, and merchandising to support $15B Online revenue+ Growth in the following areas+ Content Strategy and production for Self-assist channel and Human-assist channels+ Online channel growth for sales – 30% YoY in gross adds/12% channel share, 36% growth in upgrades/26 % channel share+ Content strategy and production for Service and Support, improve customer journeys to support call shed goals -+ YoY growth in number of devices and offer launches+ Integrated Video strategy in all merchandising efforts+ Content strategy for end-to-end journeys from CX initiatives+ Content strategy and production for Green room+ A well integrated content strategy with AT brand value proposition+ Scaled personalization and segmented content across top wireless pages+ Scaled AB and multi-variant content testing to improve click through and conversion rates+ Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View+ Content Strategy and production for Self-assist channel+ ~2000 tasks/month+ TVBB offer changes ~2/month+ Wireless offer changes ~20/month+ Accessory launches ~50/month+ National offers and online exclusive offers+ Device launches+ Accessory launches+ New product and plan launches+ Channels and package updates+ Scrum team support for new functionality+ Microsites: attonlineoffers, CCPA+ myAT Services and Global navQualifications+ Prior experience 5+ years in Digital, ecommerce must+ Prior supervisory experience leading a large team+ Firm understanding in content strategy, design principles, customer journeys+ 4+ years experience with work flow tools like Monday, Workfront+ 4+ years experience with Adobe tools+ Excellent communication skills and presentation with senior leaders+ Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time+ Bachelors degree in Design, Journalism, MarketingAT is leading the way to the future – for customers, businesses and the industry.
