nn nnThe Director of Pricing will develop and drive pricing strategies for TrueSource by identifying, leading, and managing pricing optimization initiatives throughout the organization.

Working in partnership with key stakeholders including Sales, Finance and Service Delivery, the Director of Pricing will provide intelligent insight, analysis, and recommendations to support the Company’s gross profit margin goals.

This a key role within the company and on the leadership team with the responsibility to develop an in-house Pricing Center of Excellence, which will play the lead role in developing and executing pricing strategies and initiatives.

nn nn Requirements nn Develop and drive the execution of pricing strategies to support the Company’s financial goals Develop the appropriate pricing organization and expertise to support the needs of the Company.

Develop the structure, resources, and skills needed on the team and lead the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of associates to further the reach and capabilities of the pricing organization.

Develop and improve existing pricing strategy methodologies being used within the operation.

Serve as in-house expert on pricing matters and approaches, helping TrueSource leaders improve their knowledge and execution.

Define and drive standard operating process on pricing throughout TrueSource.

Be the thought leader in pricing by facilitating the sharing of best practices, both from internal and external sources, to improve pricing execution and results.

Develop the methodologies and tools needed to execute pricing objectives.

Support TrueSource leadership team in providing visibility and insight to pricing metrics and analysis.

Assist senior leaders in understanding pricing metrics and what actions and focus is needed to deliver results.

Contribute to the broader strategic initiatives by supporting TrueSource senior leaders.

Be a key member in providing value-added consulting support to executives and senior leaders as deemed important to delivering on the growth objectives.

Leads and develops an organization that is culturally connected, driven to win and innovative with a relentless focus on the consumer and the competition.

Define pricing initiatives to support objectives and prioritize based on effort/impact to drive overall price performance Establish tracking and monitoring to allow measurement and course-correction as needed Engage with cross-functional company leaders and managers in setting plans to achieve set targets Engage on results achieved and assist in actions need to improve, accelerate, or overdrive results delivered Perform pricing analysis as needed to support engagement with the operational leaders to meet goals and objectives.  Other duties as assigned.

nn Key Performance Measurements nn A score card that reflects performance in areas such as price realization, price compliance, revenue growth resulting from price, and gross margin improvement Identification of continuous improvement initiatives Building effective talent through recruiting, retention, coaching and development nnThe successful candidate for this position will be a highly motivated, self-managed individual with an exceptional capacity to lead and build a pricing team.

Demonstrated operational experience in a fast-paced business services environment and interacting with senior executives and leaders with emphasis on pricing, strategy, competitive analysis, market dynamics and business performance is essential.

Will build consensus with key stakeholders and drive change in a complex organization.

Must have a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment. nn BCS in relevant degree, eg Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, with and MBA preferred 5+ years’ experience in pricing, revenue management or operational role  Experience specific to pricing strategy and analysis, including demonstrated results in establishing and executing pricing initiatives A thorough understanding of pricing practices, methodologies, and considerations.

Ability to understand and model pricing decisions and impact as needed, including the impacts of pricing decisions on the underlying business metrics (price, volume, share) and ability to translate analyses into recommendations and strategy for the business.

Demonstrated ability to clearly and quickly assess financial impact of business actions; recommend and implement strategy Analytical by nature with capability, knowledge, and modeling skills in finance, mathematics, and statistics A capacity for strategic thinking and ability to take analytical insights and create optimal strategic approaches for delivering pricing improvements Demonstrated leadership skills, consensus building capability, influence skills and credibility with other functional areas and upper management.

Experience managing employees and ability to envision an organization to deliver against plan and objectives for the pricing function Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and managing project plans, adjusting to changing circumstances.
