Executive Director – REMOTE

This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted February 20, 2021.

nn SUMMARY Serve as a director and overseer of the EQRO contracts in various states and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve contracts goals and objectives.

Responsible for accurate and timely deliverables and all day-to-day operational activities.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES nn Provides leadership and direction for all related departments; oversees department activities consistent with overall company objectives.

Plans, directs, and coordinates the operation of State and Corporate activities.

Establishes an internal HSAG infrastructure that facilitates the successful operations of existing and new contracts.

Manages both internal and external resources related to successfully completing EQRO activities and other activities as assigned.

Interview, hire, evaluate, counsel and terminate employees.

Develop training based on need assessments for employees.

Develop written reports, proposals and project budgets.

Acts as liaison between client representatives and HSAG project staff.

Acts as program consultant where skill set is relevant to client engagement.

Supervises technical writing staff to assure reports are reliable, valid, and accurate.

Supervises Project Managers and Project Directors.

nn EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE nn Master’s degree or equivalent in healthcare or business field.

Minimum five years’ experience in business and healthcare field.

Managed care environment preferred.

nn OTHER QUALIFICATIONS nn Knowledge, credibility, and experience working directly with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Experience planning project or program work plans and budgets and proven ability to successfully complete projects on time and on budget.

Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid industry knowledge of healthcare industry trends and operations.
