Project Coordinator – Quality Assurance

Location: Remote (CST/EST)
Hours: Normal Business Hours; some OT may be required
Pay: $17.50+/hr. based on experience and company approval
Type: Contract – 6 month(s)

The Quality Assurance team is responsible for monitoring over 600 calls each month to ensure Analysts provide an effortless experience when supporting our franchisees in point-of-sale software and hardware, mobile ordering, networking, kitchen production and our financial, supply chain and scheduling applications.

In addition, we also monitor Marketing, Payroll, Treasury and Supply Chain calls for our franchisees. Our helpdesk environment offers cutting edge technology, an on-site mock restaurant training facility, a professional work culture and many perks above other help desks.

The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Coordinator role is to assist QA Analyst in making sure analysts adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures and Competencies established by our Help Desk Director for employee performance in handling Service Desk contacts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of applicable experience
  • Strong time management, attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, and Smartsheet 
  • Verifiable High School Diploma/GED

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assesses Compliance for Contingent Analyst
  • Identifies calls/cases for QA Analyst’s to perform random QA audits, performance evaluations as needed to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Schedule quarterly touch base meetings
  • Attend project team meetings as needed and support administratively, specifically the QA Culture Team.
  • Create, edit, and maintain standardized templates for the team
  • Consistently meets deadlines established by the QA Lead
  • Assist with monthly QA reporting
  • Works closely and communicates effectively with QA Lead. Understands the job functions of QA Analyst and routinely shares ideas and perspectives which help improve overall team performance
  • Willing to take on new responsibilities/projects to meet changing business demands
