Each of us has a stake in the successful outcomes of every patient we treat.Job Description:The Project Manager for Performance Improvement/Operations is responsible for managing various projects within the organization.

You are responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the projects and will provide support to Performance Improvement (PI)/Operations team via developing project plan, identify issues, provide solutions, delegate tasks, monitor and report progress to stay on schedule and on budget.

You’ll be involved in frequent communication with key stakeholders, and providing additional support such as data analysis.

In this role, you are an excellent communicator and problem solver with an analytical mind, and thrive in performance improvement.

Responsibilities include:1.

Project Management Team Projects.

Attend meetings and assist with on-the-ground meeting facilitation, ensuring that CTCA is implementing and executing on projects.  Ensure the projects are aligned with strategy of the Operations team.

 Assist the team and user groups where needed.  Meet with executive leadership at regular intervals to identify and meet needs with appropriate resources, escalating issues if necessary.

 2.

Documentation and Communication.

Ensure that project documents are complete, current, stored appropriately, and reported to appropriate team members in a timely manner (including PM tracking document, status reports, risk assessments, budget/expense documents, and all other documents deemed necessary).3.

Facilitates Innovation Projects Implementation.

Responsible for preparing a plan for implementation of projects.  This will include a SWOT analysis, pro forma, CER, staff analysis and identification of key stakeholders that need to be part of such project. 4.

Identification of Innovative Opportunities.  Collaboration with key stakeholders to identify innovative opportunities for CTCA.  Conduct research through various methods and provide a value/gap analysis of the concept. 5.

Project Control Measures.

Perform on-the-ground audits and site visits at key checkpoints as a control measure to ensure that deliverables are met and will be sustainable at all CTCA sites.

Produce regular audit reports and escalate problem areas to Team Leads and Project Director as necessary.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or other related field.  Master’s preferred in health administration, or MBAMust have 1+ years of healthcare experienceSome Project management experience and/or relevant Project Management courseworkMust be able to address issues with initiative, resourcefulness, and strong problem solving capabilityAbility to effectively communicate across the organization, both written and verbalDetail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to work independently and operate with flexibilityVisio and Access skills.

Extensive and thorough knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel.
