Position Summary

We are currently looking for a proactive Senior Director of Processor Relations to join our high growth company and create impact for the third-party processor relationships for the organization to help support company growth.

The ideal candidate combines excellent relationship management and product management skills, leadership experience leading teams across the US, with a thorough knowledge of the Fiserv platform and/or TSYS platform as well as merchant and ISO/Agent compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Overarching liaison for the third-party processor relationships for the organization
  • Ensure relations with Fiserv and TSYS are economically and operationally effective
  • Services provided should support company growth
  • Help derive and minimize risk 
  • Manage and ISO merchant level compliance and operational functions that stem from the company’s relations with the card schemes and sponsor banks
  • Keep organization within acceptable limits as it pertains to transaction data integrity and other merchant processing parameters
  • Oversee merchant and partner compliance with card scheme rules and related KYC regulations
  • Support merchant repricing in a compliant manner
  • Point of council for the organization as it relates to above points

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including executive presence & advocacy skills to represent Paysafe to customers, Card Brands and Sponsor Banks
  • Advanced knowledge of the Fiserv platform and TSYS platform
  • Strong Relationship Management skills
  • Experience with merchant transaction requirements as it relates to the card scheme data integrity rules
  • Knowledge of PCI-DSS
  • Experience with ISO registration and due diligence processes
  • Capability to lead projects & ensure completion of needed requirements based on stakeholder input
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile
  • Strong leader that progresses team and company initiatives, culture and values
  • Naturally curious and solutions oriented
  • Ability to create engaging report summaries and present to all levels of the organization
  • Strong ability to synthesize and present complex findings in a clear, coherent manner
  • Takes ownership, initiative and is self-directed

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in lieu of degree; Masters preferred
  • 7+ years of progressively growing responsibility in a related role within the payments/fintech industry
  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams/people management
