Based in our Kennesaw, GA location, you you will lead the building management and refrigeration controls product team working closely with our engineering, marketing, sales and solutions to develop our product vision, strategy, roadmaps and drive execution of the products.

The demand for fresh food is increasing the need for better shipping and storing capabilities across the entire cold supply chain.

Food spoilage is a major problem with ~1/3 of it being thrown away.

Food safety is a problem as well with 1 in 6 Americans contracting foodborne illness each year.

We see a future where all food shipped from farm to fork, arrives safely and sustainably.

Now we do not produce, move, store or sell food directly.

We serve the businesses that do all of those things.

Serving businesses and optimizing our customer’s performance across their Cold Chain is the role we play.

Our team’s mission each day is to 1) efficiently keep food fresh and safe, 2) track each step and 3) make it easy for our customers.

We believe if we do these three things, and do them well, we will help bring about the future we want to see.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Building and Equipment Solutions team that’s responsible for a portfolio of solutions where the technology stacks include device hardware, device software, communications, cloud platform and cloud applications.

This product portfolio consists of building management and refrigeration controls, enterprise facility monitoring and the alarm management platform that underpins our managed services.


Be responsible for the product and value proposition

Maximize the value of the product and work of the engineering teams

Be an expert on the user
– the jobs they are trying to accomplish and problems they face

Drive the vision, strategy, design and execution of the product 

Create and establish product roadmaps and requirements

Prioritize work of the engineering teams

Manage the full lifecycle of the product from cradle to grave

Build a growing network of happy, referenceable customers for the product


You readily learn and adopt new technologies.

You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.

You partner with others to get work done.

You are attentive and give personal commitment to the vision.


Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or Business.

Experience as a product manager

Five (5+) years’ of increasing levels of product management or engineering responsibility in modern product companies. 

Five (5+) years’ experience in software industry

Has worked in a leadership role on a product team to develop and ship products

Experience working with an agile software development team

Expertise in product discovery and ability to structure a testing plan to validate/invalidate assumptions from insight to launch.

Has had direct people management responsibility

Experience with the implementation of growth initiatives that lead to stronger market penetration.

Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.

Legal authorization to work in the United States

An MBA is a strong plus

Experience with refrigeration

Experience developing software in any language

Experience working with engineers who build physical devices

Experience working between technology stacks that include hardware, firmware, cloud APIs and mobile app is a bonus 

Experience in the launch of multiple B2B/B2C products, with IoT and subscription-based business models
