In this role you will:

Partner with Enterprise Analytics Leader to position Honeywell’s Enterprise Analytics Products and solutions and lead project delivery in the context of an overall engagement plan

Understand customers value and what is needed for Honeywell to succeed; manage execution of engagements end to end that lead to value realization.

Lead the project execution process from partnering in development of project execution approach to team assignment, plan delivery using agile PMO methodologies.

Be the daily point of contact with project stakeholders, project team and other internal peer group.

Support Agile processes and Jira based backlog management.

Engage with cross functional teams to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled, and deliverables meet project outcomes.
Work closely with the Customer, Engagement Team, Analytics team, Procurement and Finance to ensure timely execution to on time delivery

Leverage experience in software development environment to ensure successful completion, test and validation in order to ensure business adoption.

Provide insights on opportunities emerging during the course of project execution to the engagement leader to help identify, groom new or adjacent value using data science and other AI techniques.

Provide pulse on the ground and feedback to the Engagement leader on a periodic basis in order to proactively handle concerns or build new opportunities

Contribute and manage project team documentation, deliverables that can be used to develop project collateral, IP filings and be leveraged to drive value across SBG with maximum reusability

Communicate project status information and status to the project stakeholders; Act as internal point of coordination relating to project deliverables and weekly progress.

Communicate to all concerned parties project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential risks/issues/dependencies to proactively handle customer escalation issues.

Routinely engages in building consensus, developing contingency planning and providing recommend solutions
Support development of collateral of capabilities enabled across SBGs.


Successful completion of engagements to enable business value

Timely identification, ownership and resolution of execution related risks and dependencies

Support realization of value created based on completed analytics projects

Provide insights into new adjacent opportunities that can help enable future value propositions



Bachelors degree
2 years of experience with Jira or Rally
3 years of experience with SDLC in a fast-paced development environment
1 year working experience in an Enterprise Analytics Product Development environment
PMP, Agile, or ITIL Certification


Experience in working in a Product Development environment across multiple domains

Experience in interfacing with customers and maintain a positive engagement and relationship

Experience in end to end SDLC projects; particularly Analytics and Data Science Projects

Detail oriented to ensure sufficient understanding of the project, tasks, risks, issues and path to resolution

Communication skills with various levels in the organization and influencing skills to drive success in the engagements with customers

Basic understanding of SQL and ability to adapt to new tools that are needed for various tasks in project management

Self-starter, creative, comfortable with ambiguities and motivated to make a difference in the engagement
